Every gown at Wedding Outlet is in stock and ready to ship. We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation and provide a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. We ship across Ukraine via Nova Poshta and worldwide via international courier services.
Delivery within Ukraine
All domestic orders are shipped via Nova Poshta to any branch or post office across Ukraine. You will receive a tracking number by email or messenger as soon as the parcel is registered.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on Nova Poshta’s current rates and parcel dimensions. Full prepayment is required before dispatch.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide from Ukraine via Nova Poshta Global and international courier partners. Delivery is available to 160+ countries.
Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method. Exact rates are confirmed at checkout or upon request. All international orders are shipped with full tracking.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Wedding Outlet has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order if you have questions about applicable charges. Please note: orders refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). As all gowns are physically in stock, there is no production wait time — your order goes straight from our warehouse to the courier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Packaging
Every gown is carefully steamed, inspected, and packed in protective garment packaging before dispatch. We take every precaution to ensure your dress arrives in the same condition it left our hands.
