Are all wedding dresses on the website in stock?

Yes. Every dress listed on our website is physically in stock and available in the size shown on the product page. We do not take custom orders or made-to-order requests for outlet gowns.

Can I order the same dress in another size?

No. Outlet dresses are sold only in the size currently available. If a size is not shown on the product page, we cannot order it from the designer.

Will this dress be restocked?

In most cases, no. Many outlet gowns are one-of-a-kind samples, discontinued styles or past-season pieces, so once a dress is sold it is usually gone for good.

What does “sample dress” mean?

A sample dress is a gown that was previously used in a bridal salon for try-ons, display or showroom appointments. It has not usually been worn at a wedding, but it may show light signs of handling.

What is the difference between sample, new and pre-owned?

A new dress has not been used for salon try-ons, a sample dress has been tried on in a boutique or showroom, and a pre-owned dress has usually been purchased or worn by a bride before.

Are the dresses authentic designer gowns?

Yes. We only sell genuine bridal gowns from the designers or bridal boutiques stated on the product page. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit dresses.

Why are the prices lower than the original retail price?

Our prices are lower because the dresses may be salon samples, discontinued styles, previous collections, overstock items or one-off pieces available only in limited sizes.

Is the exact dress in the photos the dress I will receive?

Yes, unless stated otherwise. For outlet and sample gowns, the photos and description are intended to represent the actual dress or the exact style and size being sold.

Can I request more photos or videos before buying?

Yes. If you would like to see extra photos, close-ups or a short video of a dress, please contact us before placing your order and we will help where possible.

How is the condition of each dress checked?

Each dress is inspected before it is listed and again before dispatch. Any visible marks, missing beads, fabric pulls or other notable imperfections are described where applicable.

Can sample dresses have imperfections?

Yes. Sample gowns may have minor signs of try-on use, such as light marks, small pulls, loose beading or dust on the hem. Any major visible flaws will be noted in the product description.

Are the dresses cleaned before shipping?

Some dresses may be lightly steamed or spot checked before dispatch, but professional bridal cleaning is not always included. We recommend arranging cleaning locally if you want a fully refreshed gown.

Can I try the dress on before purchasing?

No. We are an online outlet store, so we do not offer in-person appointments, showroom try-ons or at-home try-on services.

How do I choose the right size online?

Compare your bust, waist and hip measurements with the measurements or size chart on the product page. Bridal sizing often runs smaller than everyday clothing, so always use measurements rather than your usual dress size.

What if I am between two sizes?

We usually recommend choosing the larger suitable size because most wedding dresses can be taken in by a professional seamstress. Letting a gown out is more limited and depends on the seam allowance.

Can a wedding dress be altered to fit me?

Most wedding dresses can be altered, especially at the bust, waist, straps, hem and bustle. The amount of alteration possible depends on the structure, fabric, beading and seam allowance of the dress.

Can a dress be made bigger?

Sometimes, but it is not guaranteed. A seamstress may be able to let out a dress slightly if there is enough seam allowance, but many gowns cannot be increased by a full size.

Can a dress be made smaller?

Yes, many gowns can be taken in by one or more sizes. For best results, we recommend working with an experienced bridal seamstress.

Do you offer alterations?

No, we sell dresses online only and do not provide in-house alterations. You will need to arrange alterations with a local bridal seamstress after receiving your gown.

Can you reserve a dress for me?
