At Wedding Outlet, every gown is a one-of-a-kind sample piece sold as-is at outlet pricing. Each listing includes detailed measurements, multiple photographs, and a full condition description so you can shop with confidence. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases at Wedding Outlet are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, sizing preferences, or alterations needed. This is standard practice for outlet and sample sale purchases, and it is reflected in the significantly reduced pricing of every gown.

We strongly encourage you to review all listing details — measurements, fabric, condition notes, and photographs — before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a specific gown, please contact us at admin@wedding-outlet.com before ordering. We are happy to provide additional photos or measurements on request.

Returns for Manufacturing Defects

The only exception to our all-sales-final policy is in the case of a manufacturing defect or significant damage that was not disclosed in the listing. If your gown arrives with a defect not described or photographed in the product listing, you are entitled to a return and full refund.

To initiate a defect claim, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at admin@wedding-outlet.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the defect
  • Photographs of the defect and the gown as received

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery confirmation will not be accepted. The gown must be unworn, unaltered, and in the condition in which it was received. Return shipping costs for confirmed defect claims are covered by Wedding Outlet.

Exchange

While we cannot guarantee exchanges, we are open to discussing a swap for another available gown on a case-by-case basis. If you have received your order and feel that a different piece from our current stock would be a better fit, please reach out to us — we will do our best to find a solution.

To inquire about an exchange, contact us at admin@wedding-outlet.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Any exchange is subject to stock availability and mutual agreement. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Condition of Gowns

All gowns are sample or overstock pieces. Each listing clearly states the condition of the gown — whether new, gently worn as a showroom sample, or with minor imperfections. Minor signs of sample use (such as small marks from try-ons or light alterations) are not considered defects and are disclosed in the product description.

We inspect every gown before dispatch and photograph it thoroughly. If something is not mentioned in the listing, it was not present at the time of inspection.
